Optical quality is excellent. No fancy testing, but I am well pleased. Good color match for Nikon glass
Value: I was thinking of saving for the Nikon 16-35 zoom. This caught my eye and was much lower in cost.
If this is the kind of quality found in Tamron's sp line of lenses, I will likely buy more

From my photographic wish list
This camera is solid and will remain so for years. Wood cameras are pretty, but wear as they age. My copy has only some wear on the film back..no big deal. The APO Schneider is simply perfect.

Great Value
Considering what a genuine Nikon hood costs, this hood is an absolute bargain. The fit and finish are top notch.
