1 of 1 found this helpful Makes good coffee, easy to set up and use. Makes coffee or espresso very fast, in less than 5 minutes you will have a great cup. I have not cleaned it yet but it appears easy to clean. Lots of plastic parts which maked me a little nervous about something cracking or breaking. One of the coffee spout tips broke off the first day I used the machine however it did not affect the use of quality of the coffee or amchine, just annoying! I hear through the grapevine taht DeLonghi is easy to work with so hopefully replacement parts is as easy as I hear. User manual is easy to follow and use.
