Looks good but does not really protect sill
1 of 1 found this helpful These Sill Plates look good, but they are purely decorative. They are not really a 'Kick Plate' or 'Scuff Plate' as they only cover a small part of the upper sill and not the parts that would usually get scratched as people get in and out. They show in the pictures and come with a curve at one end, but they need to be very carefully adjusted to fit the actual shape of the sill (the metal is very thin and could easily be creased). Adhesive pads are good, so you need to be very careful to have it in exactly the right place before any of them touch the sill.

We've been using Free Itch with all of our dogs for years now. It is a little expensive, but it works great and smells fine.
