almost, but not quite
it's passable as a reverse fanny pack, but to keep a passport and/or money in it, its just not sturdy enough to prevent a snatch and grab. a little 25 cal. fits with a wallet, but the zipper isnt sturdy enough for me to be confident it won't come open. there is a flap that covers the zipper, but it doesn't have Velcro which would be a remedy to the weak zipper. overall it's a bit disapointing

best buy for the buck
the best aftershave for the buck, very nice smell and feel, and the price is right. no other aftershave at this price can compare, only those at twice the price are as nice
