Inspirational workout
I am very pleased with this product. The workouts are great and they challenge me, but also allow you to modify if needed. The instructors are very motivating and I love the Godly inspiration during the workout.

Not for me
Someone recommended this pillow for my neck pain, but I found my neck pain getting worse with use of this pillow. It does support your neck but not your head. This caused me headaches when I would wake up. Went back to my old pillow because I need the support of my head as well as my neck. The person who recommended it totally loves it though.
