Good quality, reliable 8gb micro sdhc card from Sandisk
I needed a small capacity sdcard and found that I couldn't easily get them from a retail shop because 16gb was fast becoming the entry level, so I looked on eBay. I could've bought a 16gb for about 70% more in price but I didn't need the greater capacity. There was also no performance difference between an 8gb and 16gb. Therefore I settled with an 8gb card.
The card is basic but it does the job and does it well. I primarily use it with my smartphone but occasionally plug it into my tablet. I like the massive 5 years manufacturer's warranty that comes with the card. Most other brands only give standard 1-2 years. The extra warranty just gives me peace of mind.
In terms of performance, it meets my requirements which include storing and reading of large media files. Photos snapped at 8mp resolution are written with hardly any noticeable delay. While going through photo galleries on the phone for example, the delay between photos is usually sub-second. I have also played FHD video files off the card and the playback was smooth with a/v were in sync.
I would strongly recommend this card over similar card of other brands or worse generic brand. It may cost a little more (10-15%) but in my opinion it is worth the investment.

Good quality modem router
I bought this modem router to replace the one that came with the ISP. The Vr2800 has a good quality build and strong signals. So far I have not experienced any stability issue and the speeds for both bands are superb. I only gave 4 stars because it does not come with Voip ports and standalone WAN port. It is also a little larger than other modems.
