Seller shipped a CGC graded comic book in an envelope with bubble wrap. My case arrived cracked. I contacted the seller making them aware that I'd now have to pay to send my comic back to CGC and pay for them to reslab it. Seller offered no refund, they just said that they would purchase boxes for future shipments. Boxes to ship are free from USPS, the seller should have used them. Seller was warned about this same issue with neutral feedback previously and still shipped without box.

Packaging was insufficient for a CGC book. It arrived with Newton Rings right in the center where the plastic holder is easiest to push in and make contact with the inner sleeve. A sturdy box would have prevented this. Nothing personal, I can tell the seller put moderate effort into the packaging. Please heed for future buyers.

Thanks for the feedback. I only recently started selling graded books here and had never had an issue before. I just ordered a pack of mailing boxes from USPS so hope to avoid future issues. I see the shipment to you was sent via priority mail which comes with $100 insurance. Let me know if you want to make a claim and I can assist if needed.
