Got the psyllium husk in bulk because my gluten free bread was cooling into rocks. Got the order today and used a little in a recipe and left it to cool and my hamburger buns are still soft! Thank you!

Sponge filter
I use these filters with great success, both alone and with a regular hanging filter. They pick up microscopic particles that your carbon based filter can't. It also houses a colony of beneficial bacteria to break down waste, this can be disrupted when you change a regular filter cartridge, causing tank crashes. I recommend using these filters along with your hanging filter as a safety measure, or in tanks with sensitive inhabitants

1 of 1 found this helpful I used these on my dwarf lilys and tiger lotus, the difference it made in just a couple of weeks was amazing! The lilys have grown about 2 inches and the tiger lotus has sprouted new leaves and colored up nicely
