read the directions, coffee pot drips when pouring, Love espresso/frother!
1 of 1 found this helpful The cappuccino and espresso part is my favorite and works great. You must read the directions! I saw a lot of reviews that were not great but took a chance anyway. I think a lot of people don't read the directions. I remember 1 review read, the milk frother never worked right. If you don't shut off the espresso maker in time there will be no water left to make steam to froth the milk.
I want to mention the cover for the espresso water tank will not unlock if there is any water left in it. I have to let all the steam out before it will click and unlock.
1 real complaint is the coffee pot always drips all over whenever I try to pour coffee. It is annoying but we deal with it.
I am glad it is a front loader but it is hard to see the water fill line when the door or drawer you put the water and grounds in is open.

They are amazing!
I stuck one of these Extreme notes to the side of my car and drove 14 miles with it attached! I live by post its and own a retail furniture store so we needed a strong one, well let me tell you this is it! They are amazing! IF you are wondering, they are waterproof and they are super sticky!
