Nice medium sized bag
I've only owned this for a week so have limited knowledge of it's quality. It does seem well made, looks stylish. and is comfortable on the shoulder. This is what I would call a medium sized bag.

Only 1 capsule a day!
Easy to manage 1 capsule per day dosage. After about a week of taking these I noticed a huge difference in my digestive health for the better. I've tried many brands of probiotics and none had the effect these did. Without prebiotics to feed the probiotics the probiotics have minimal time to work before being expelled. Having both pre and pro biotics in one capsule is awesome!
