Poor fit on the rear set screw hex pocket.
0 of 1 found this helpful The sights work as designed, I like them. The problem is with the set screw quality. The internal hex on the set screw is too large for the hex key(wrench). It barely catches on the corner of the key, it should contact the flats of the hex key(wrench). If you use a Loctite product, you'll pay hell removing that set screw. Yes, I tried the fit with several hex key's. It's not the key. I followed the directions, used a pusher fixture for the rear sight and little bit of Loctite 222MS for both sights.

Poorly manufactured tolerances and burrs.
Burrs on the inner tip flutes. Exit hole of outer tip not concentric with the body. Sloppy fit of the inner tip to the outer body inside diameter.
