  Listing stated delivery in 2–3 days, purchased on 28 July, today is 9 August and still not received. Item was sent as an untracked letter which takes much longer. Communication was timely and polite, but the delivery method and timeframe were not as advertised, causing unnecessary delays since I could have chosen another delivery method.

  Listing states Free Postage, which comes up automatically as 2-3 days and cannot be changed. I will be charging postage from now on, as Aust. Post never delivers to another state in 2-3 days. You could have waited the one more day as requested politely. Hope you enjoy your free coin and free postage.
