    Item as described. Very pristine condition. Birthday present for friend. Seller used birthday paper! Shipping a little slow IMO. Purchased 4-05, delivered 4-15. Shipped from PA 4-8 (last update). No tracking until 4-13 when it arrived in OR (no bad weather reports). Delivered 4-15. Asked about tracking when ordered and was told full tracking whether shipper was USPS or FedEx. Was sent "Freeship" thru FedEx Economy. Wld have paid extra for better tracking. WLD recommend seller. She was great.

    Hi there, I'm so sorry that shipping took so long. Sometimes fedex is slow, so maybe they should change their name to fedslow. That doesn't have quite the same ring though. I am glad that the teapot made it there though, and hopefully it is brightening the home of your friend. :)

    I could not possibly be more satisfied with all aspects of this transaction. I absolutely love these glasses ! One of the glasses was broke during shipment, and it was baffling to me, because the packaging was exceptional ! Seller quickly responded to me, and resolved the issue lightning fast. I would heartily recommend this seller. The glasses were the best value I found and the free shipping clinched the deal. Five stars !

Plates were as described and they arrived w/o breakage because of the care taken by the seller to carefully wrap each plate individually, create a customized box which fit snuggly into the shipping box!
