Disappointed customer
2 of 2 found this helpful I was initially impressed with the racks and design of this item. When it was delivered, I was very disappointed to find that the quality of the product was very poor. The metal frame was not aligned and the individual rods keep falling out. The structure of the item is not stable and sways from side to side very easily. You can barely use it for clothes weighing less than 2kgs. Definitely cannot hold 30kgs. Very disappointed. Would not recommend purchasing.
