  Described as Brand New condition, only worn once or twice BUT insoles were removed which was not mentioned. Seller says they were bought that way. No way a brand new shoe would come with no insoles. Seller not accepting any responsibility for selling the shoe not as described. Very disappointed as replacement insoles will cost more than show was priced

  Hi, I'm really sorry you're disappointed. I bought the shoes secondhand from someone who said they were brand new and never worn. They didn’t fit my son, so I sold them as received. I wasn’t aware the insoles were missing, and it wasn’t intentional. Apologies for the trouble caused.

  I didn't realise this DVD was going to arrive in just a clear plastic envelop as opposed to a proper DVD case (this was not specified in blurb), so I was a bit disappointed about that (especially given the price paid for this item), but item arrived on time & in good condition.

  Thank you so much for your feedback and I completely understand your disappointment regarding the packaging. I sincerely apologies for not including in the listing description that this DVD would be sent in a clear plastic sleeve rather than a standard DVD case — that was an oversight on my part. I mention the packaging in my other DVD listings and try to keep postage costs low for buyers. Sending in full cases would cost up to $12.95, so I chose the most budget-friendly option.
