Sony Mavica MVC FD95
11 of 11 found this helpful I already had the MVC-FD92, its a great camera but it has a couple things I would have changed, with the FD95 I got those changes, and its amazing what a small differance it makes to me. Using the 20 zoom makes a differance over the 16 zoom I have on the FD92. I am an avid, amateur photographer, and I love taking pictures that attract the heart, the soul, and the beauty of a simple theme. I shoot thousands of pics weekly and live in a area of Arizona where I can travel to the desert or mountains within a hours drive of home. This camera is rugged and allows for many hours of wonder pictures, as long as I have the memory, I have pictures. It can be used with 3 1/2 inch floppys, I get 20 to 30 pics per floppy, depending on my settings.
My FD95 also came with the floppy adapter that alows memory sticks, which are inexpensive to by on line, and both are easy to read on my computer, and give great definition for printing off on my printer.The FD95 is easy to change during use, definition can be changed between shots, and date and time can be set on and off just as easy There are a lot of options to use, the LED screen works great until you get into some direct sunlight, and then you can swith to the viewer like any regular camera, either way you get a good view of what you will get in the shot.The flash is improved and easy to operate.
I give this camera (FD95)the same rating as the FD97, which I had the chance to borrow, ten out of ten. Dollar for dollar, I feel they are both top of the line, and recommend all three for someone who isn't happy with a point and shoot and wants some control over their photography results. Floppys are less expensive than regular film, and reusable over and over.Easy to carry and store. I recommend this camera. Get one. You will like it. Tbear01

For the dog, I think the cats are jealous.
Put it in the Crate, he has not made one complaint since we installed it. Good quality mat, easy to install, comes in many sizes to make it simple to order.
