Kroil
After reading horror stories of what happens when old glow plugs snap off in the cylinder head, I bought some Kroil to give what my research suggested was the best insurance against the problem happening to me. Soaked the bases of the 8 plugs, let things sit overnight and then went 8 for 8 in-problem free removal the next day. Is Kroil better than my typical go-to oil (PB Blaster)? Could have looked at this in a small controlled study with 4 plugs in group "A" and 4 in group "B" but wasn't prepared to risk it. That says something about the reputation of this product right there. So does the fact that sales of Kroil seem to be humming along despite the fact Kano Labs doesn't even really advertise the stuff. .

My New "Go To" Wet Saw Blade
Not a pro but have installed a fair amount of tile and have always gotten good service from MK blades. The "Contractor" series has been my go to pick but tried one of these to see if the extra $ was justifies. Didn't do a controlled test of any sort but did cut a pile of 1/2" thick terra cotta for a fireplace hearth and surround. Needed a couple of hits from the dressing stone but trimmed over 75 6x6" tiles (2 cuts per) and the blade is still going strong. Really impressed. The "Premium" is likely a better value than the cheaper MK series. Would buy it again.

The Standard for a Reason
Good example of an "old timey" USA made product. Well built, accurate, simple to install and adjust, and fairly economical considering. Manometers are pretty much a must for ensuring the barometric damper on coal stoves are dialed in correctly so as to avoid overfiring. The Dwyer is performing this task extremely well.
