Although it took 15 days to arrive thanks to eBay's Global Shipping Program, the dispenser was in good condition, fit, works perfectly and has resolved the issue with my dish washer. The seller shipped the item quickly, so no part of that delay had anything to do with them. It is frustrating that eBay forces sellers to ship items through eBay's hubs, adding cost and delay, especially when I live only several hundred miles away from the seller.
