Product improvement
It would be appropriate if AL10 Alert master could upgraded to 220-240VAC operation as well ( Global voltage range more preferable ).
In fact one of the newly purchased AL10 became faulty by using a locally ( UAE ) available 240VAC to 110VAC step down transformer. then we had to purchase a UK designed brand transformer to make it workable again after rectification.
So do suggest your product manufacturer to upgrade the product to global voltage operation.
Otherwise product is an excellent one with good features. quality also found good.
