The only thing you should use.

I read a bunch of blogs on track cleaning tips from household cleaner, special scrubs and brushes, etc. This stuff work exactly as described. A little of this on a soft clean rag and its done. Nothing abrasive. No hard work. Its also a lubricant that give the track more conductivity. I have a relatively new track and I had cold spots. Wham, no more cold spots.
