Solidly built & does its job as advertised !

Fantastic….so far!
I’ve only had the chance to put it through the paces at this point a couple times but I can find nothing bad to say with the exception that I do wish the base was a bit talker/thicker in order to raise the camera & lens for more clearance from the gear knobs ( due to the way I prefer positioning the camera & shooting). This could be due to my particular gear and not common. I fixed the problem by adding another Arca type quick release plate to the bottom of my L bracket. Not ideal, but took care of the issue. As I explore more ways of attaching the camera I feel certain it’ll work itself out. I’ve been shooting on a Feisol ball head for years which is a superb piece of equipment but at times I need tiny, precise adjustments that only a geared head will allow. I will not be giving up the ball head, but can see myself utilizing the geared head more often as well.
Good product, seems quality built, gearing is very smooth & accurate but only time and more extensive use will prove these statements one way or the other. As of right now, I fully recommend it. The current price is not a “give it away” situation but I think fair. If that changes and takes a leap upward, I’d surely look around at my options before buying.

Great build quality-But wouldn’t allow 2 key functions.
The build quantity & product’s finish were great but the bracket’s physical configuration would not allow some very important functions such as the battery door opening wide enough to remove the battery & also would not allow the viewing screen monitor on the back of the camera to fully rotate & open up flat. (Fuji X-H2). As a side note: I also have a Fuji GFX 100s that I purchased. This was a 3rd party bracket like the Small Rig that I paid 1/2 the price for. Construction & finish quality were also great-no complaints & allows the functions I mentioned that were an issue with the SRig. Very disappointed with these 2 problems I’ve described -returned for credit.
