My hair is really dry. So, i put a little of the conditioner in my hair every day. It gives it a nice shine all day. i also use it before i put curling cream or gel in my hair after i wash it. I just wish it wasn't so hard to find.

B12 review
My b12 was low. So, I put a dropper full under my tongue for 30 seconds and it brought my b12 up to normal in about 3 months.My body does not absorb b12 like it should. So, now I take about half of a dropper full everyday.I like it too because it gluten and dairy free. i have a bad reaction to both.
