Terrific for Lonesome Dove fans!
Gave another aspect to the story - picks up after Return to Lonesome Dove.
After watching Lonesome Dove we were thrilled to find Return to Lonesome Dove
then after we watched that we wanted more.
I prefer a romantic side to the west, but this series portrays the real west. Not
all that glamorous as Hollywood would make us think.
The only thingI did not like was that it just sort of jumped into this movie. It did
not really blend from the last to the beginning of this.

Cute Series
1 of 1 found this helpful My husband and I are in season 2 now and we love this series. The only complaint is that the quality of the dvd is not crystal clear, sometimes I think my eyes are blurring and I have to check with him to make sure it isn't me. It's an old series 1989 I think and I'm sure that is why, but the stories are good and entertaining and the actors do a great job. Like I said we love it. We love movies that take place in the old west and pioneer times so it is right up our alley.
