  Item was not as described. TheEngine shell was stripped and not attached to the frame of the engine. The packaging was very poor and was also damaged in shipping. No big deal mistakes happen right? Wrong seller would not work with me said I had buyers remorse. I explained I still wanted the item and just wanted it repaired offered me a full refund and would not offer partial even though I could have supplied an invoice. Had to get eBay involved. Oh PS he also marks up his shipping.

  This seller is a joke I bought multiple items asked for combined shipping refused it. But combined all the items in one box for 17.05 and charges me 45.00 for 3 separate shipments won’t refund the difference. Then says he jacks up the shipping 15 percent. Then whines I won the auctions at to low of a price. No one bid against me. There are rules regarding handling charges.merry fricking Xmas
