  I purchased a motherboard from this vendor who packaged the contents well, but the shipping service must have been shipping a few spears or swords that day and something cleanly punctured the package and delaminated the sata edge of the board. I was expecting to absorb the cost but this vendor issued a refund. That's kindness, because this was no fault of this vendor. My review is about the cordial and prompt communication.
