Low power consumption, great picture.
It took me a while to precisely understand the SmartCast setup, but once done it is easy to use, The TV is a lot cooler running than the Samsung it replaced, and the picture is excellent. I have Dish network and the HD is amazing on this set. I also run my DVD player, and one of my computers to this screen, as needed, and switching between those, the satellite, SmartCast and off the air TV is a one button operation.

iPod - 'nuff said?
iPod nano, small package, large performance. I hate earbuds, so use self powered noise cancelling headphones. Excellent combination.

Once upon a time . . .
My family traveled from the UK to Montreal Canada on this very aircraft. We departed from Gatwick and had to divert to Glasgow because of some compressor bleed valve issues. We then flew a great circle path to Gander, passing over Iceland, then hopped from Gander to Montreal. All in all we spent 19 hrs, 52 minutes in the air.
This is an excellent model of the Britannia, an often overlooked, fast propeller-driver aircraft who's manufacture was in unfortunate proximity to the DC-8 and the B-707. BOAC replaced many of these fine machines with the lower capacity but faster Comet IV when the de Havilland returned to service after the disastrous series of crashes due to metal fatigue around the windows caused by the ;pressurization cycle. Both aircraft's potential was cut short by the American jet liners' appearance.
I like the ability to mount it as a clean in-flight model, or to use the included landing gear, and either stand it on a surface, on still mount it on the pylon. The markings are well proportioned, and according to my memory of the time and aircraft appropriate. Well done Corgi!
