Donner Tiny Looper Guitar Effect Pedal 10 minutes of Looping 3 Modes

When it works it sounds great!

Product worked fine......when I finally got it to work. Product arrived DOA. Went on line and read reviews where many others had same problem. However, I discovered that if you momentarily connected the USB, the looper would come to life and work perfectly until the next time it was powered down. Then upon powering it back up I would have to repeat the USB process to get it to turn on. Once on though it worked fine until the next time it was powered off (the USB did not need to remain connected once the unit powered up). I was using a 9VDC adapter as specified. Upon further investigation I discovered that it would work properly if I connected a 9 volt battery instead of the power adapter. A fresh 9 volt battery puts out a little bit over 9 volts, so I guess it needs that extra boost to get it started. Switched to a 12 VDC adapter (instructions say it can take up to 12 volts) and looper works fine. Second problem is that the software (downloaded from Donner site) will not work on my Win 10 computer but works fine on one of my Win 7 machines Have been going back and forth with Donner tech support, but have not been able to resolve this issue so far.
