I would have refunded you. Next time try reaching out instead of just assuming something and getting so upset over a item you bought for less than a dollar. I had photos of the item and I shipped it to you within 3 days. You need to learn how to give people a chance. I would of sent a return label to you and gave you back your money in full.

Decent, but small and a bit rough
These diamond-coated files can cut thru metal easy, but they are very small (3" long x about 1/16" dia if round or 1/16 wide if flat) and will give you a rough finish; you may have to finish your work with a finer stone or sand paper. They are a decent buy.
