  On my first order there was a mix up sending me an OLED tablet with burn in. Seller was extremely attentive helping me send it back, and then he held on to a unit for me for 2 weeks while I was on vacation in order to get me a replacement. Outside of the initial issue, both units were in excellent cosmetic and functional condition, and the condition descriptions are very conservative compared to the items I received. Overall, this seller did an amazing job, and I can't recommend them enough.
