Overall a good product but has 2 small issues which maybe a deal breaker for some.
The Good: Value, Build quality, Leg Support, Massager
The Bad:
1. Even at the most upright position the chair does not have a perfect 90° angle.
2. The footrest while does not have any issues as such but feels a bit flimsy and delicate. I am sure it is durable etc. but feels flimsy and like it will break if you put too much weight on it.
