The product arrived fast and in good condition, as described. But there was one fault that was not described, the tripod arrived with a quick release plate attached and it was put on backwards, meaning it was stuck! The seller was really helpful and even offered £20 off for the problem. In the end I managed to get the plate off and purchased a replacement plate, so I ended up with a nice deal on a tripod. Thank you!
