The product looks fine, I'm concerned about its action.

Well, I cannot recommend the product at this stage. I've used it once and it made me really sick for 24 hours, BP up, HR up, RR up, nausea and extreme tiredness; coughed up a bit next day...I'm still a bit concerned to use it for second time, but don't give it up yet... Thanks for asking
