Lot of bang for the buck
,As long as the component is in their database programming works well. If it isnl't then things can get hairy. There is supposed to be a way to automaticallty email them to add a compenent to the database but that needs some work. And some of the buttons don't always work after programming. Overall it's a nice universal remote. Definitley a step up from what I was using.
