As advertised
Looked just as pictured. Tubes were in excellent condition...sealed and not crushed. Boxes were bent and flaps opened but did not affect tubes. Cream worked as .1% capsaicin cream would...to relieve muscle ache by warming up skin area of application.

Inconsistent in how the jars are filled.
I love this product. But the fullness of the jars varies. Sometimes it is filled to the top. And Sometimes it has almost a 1/4 teaspoon empty spot. This inconsistency in amount is not acceptable. So I rather buy in the store so I can check the jar.
