  This issue has been resolved but I would like to reiterate how displeased I was with this seller. I was sent a broken water tank after being offered the perfect water tank at a high price. I countered with a lower price and he offered me the one he sent, not perfect. I said no I would prefer the perfect one and paid the asking price. When I sent the tank back he said this was not the one he sent. This was the exact tank he sent me! I hope no one else orders from this seller!
