  This issue has been resolved but I would like to reiterate how displeased I was with this seller. I was sent a broken water tank after being offered the perfect water tank at a high price. I countered with a lower price and he offered me the one he sent, not perfect. I said no I would prefer the perfect one and paid the asking price. When I sent the tank back he said this was not the one he sent. This was the exact tank he sent me! I hope no one else orders from this seller!

  I had an issue or two along the way but seller was absolutely committed to making things right and in the end I am very satisfied. Plus I learned that he is a retired marine engineer which bodes very well with my family! All the best to Terry. Would recommend him in a heartbeat. By the way, I have never received any product packed as well for shipment as he sets up. That was very important to me and I wasn't disappointed.
