1 of 1 found this helpful unlike the horse pill size tablets you buy ar cvs these are easy to swallow liquid capsules, i noticed a real life difference almost immediately, far more absorbable than the usual huge hard to swallow tablets a bit pricier ?sure, but you get more of what your paying for imo value for money.,recommended
