Kohler K-4108-0 White C3-230 Elongated Bidet Seat with Touchscreen Remote Contr

Kohler Has No Idea what they are talking about.

I called the 800 Number to ask if the k-4108 bidet seat would fit on the KOHLER Persuade toilet? The customer service rep took all the info and said it wouldn't fit ?!? Well I installed it with no trouble and it's working fine. They need to get their info straight at Kolher. This is my second Kohler bidet seat. It's as good if not better than the Kohler C3 200 (K-4709). Improvements are the ovbious touch screen. Other improvements include secondary controls mounted on the seat are now facing upward, so you can see them. This was not the case with the C3 200.
