    The item was totally unusable and when notified, the seller has offered to refund the cost of the item. I am still out the shipping costs which were almost as much as the item itself, but am pleased the seller responded honestly. The cost of learning a lesson to be certain the product was tested before buying.

    I thought it worked I refunded the buyer the full purchase price with no need for the return. Not into bad Karma, i thought we were good i think this was left before he received the refund or gave me a chance to correct. sometimes things happen in haste oh well i am a good seller and try to offer people some good deals. I come across many items that should not be thrown away and glad someone is able to use. Sometimes things happen in shipping/handling this item was super heavy. I TRY my best

    Buyer never shipped item. Contacted seller, was told he/she would refund the purchase price. Tried to contact again, no response. Had to get ebay involved to finally get my refund. I know life goes on outside of ebay, but at least respond to your buyers if you plan on selling on ebay.

    Buyer received a full refund and received the item pictured. Not sure what else i can do only mistake was said external. buyer opened box to verify instead of just returning it. Yup exactly what was pictured on box was what was inside. Not sure why he is so angry about life, but its not my fault i offer great deals. check out my positive feedback there are always Karen's out there in this world and i believe this may be one right here.

I found a better brand cheaper but these are still good
Unfortunately it has its own special charger it's not like a USB Android port charger which a lot of others have it's a lot more convenient not to be carrying around its own special charger I don't know why they did this
