6 of 6 found this helpful I am 51 and had my last period in July 2016. In October of 2016 I started having hot flashes, night sweats and lost my sex drive. I was also EXHAUSTED and took multiple naps. I couldn't get enough sleep. I began taking Amberen the last 10 days of November. By the 6th day, every one of my symptoms were 100% GONE. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I will continue to take Amberen the suggested 90 days. I am a believer.
