  I submitted an offer. The offer was accepted. My credit card was billed. Very shortly after I noticed a refund for the item. I received no message nor explanation for the order cancellation and refund. I think a message with an explanation would have been appropriate. A buyer is reprimanded for non payment but it seems that a seller can do whatever they choose without any consequence. Shame on you. You have no respect for your buyer. A message would have sufficed.
