The Barf and Belch keychain is just as pictured and I love it!!! It was packaged very well and they shipped it quickly. Plus they included a gift with purchase; I'm not quite sure what it is, but nonetheless, it was very generous. I'd definitely recommend doing business with this seller. Here's a picture of the gift with purchase... maybe the seller can tell me what it's supposed to be or what it's used for? Lol
