If you don't need 4K resolution, this is the product for you. Performs just like the Apple one.
Does what it says for the fraction of the Apple taxed price. Using it with my 2013 MBP and it's driving both a 1080p monitor and a 1080p TV without an issue.
That should be noted tho that this cable is only capable of 1080p and the Apple ones are up to 4K, but I don't need that and it's a shame Apple doesn't offer a 1080p version.
