My unit was missing a part. I attempted to work it out with them but this supplier said "here's 5 percent discount, source the part yourself locally" That equated to approximately 10 dollars. I don't know what the part is actually called and I can't find the actual part. They are extremely unhelpful. I asked for the specific name of the part and where I could obtain it. No response.
