A very well documented book (lots of good citations) about the why and how of fasting. Dr. Fung's book is a must for everybody with type 2 diabetes.

Inaccurate and slow

We have another model of Garmin we've used for years and found quite satisfactory. We got this one as a backup for the second car. Unfortunately the quality of the software in this model is much inferior. After three days using it we find it can't resolve zip codes, imagines streets where there are none, and doesn't tell us about making turns until we are already past them. It doesn't have the traffic alert feature that our other Garmin has. On the plus side, this model wakes up and finds satellites as soon as you unlock the car, so it's ready to go before you even start up. My advice would be to buy one of the more expensive models with better software.
