Fabulous bargain beyond my wildest dreams!

Can't tell this unit from brand new. Shipped in original factory box with all accessories and a quick start manual. Full manual is downloaded from the HK Web site. Powered up and went right to work. The sound is glorious, only a few more expensive receivers (eg. Outlaw) are in the same class as this . Lot's of input options, I particularly like to option to switch a particular input between analog, coaxial or optical. Haven't tried the phono input yet. I'm using the optical input to get sound from my TV which drives a pair of grand old JBL L-112 speakers and it really makes them sing. The sound is particularly glorious from a CD played in my Pioneer DVD player, wide and deep sound stage and good tonal balance. I was shocked. Niggling little complaints: The speaker terminals feel a bit cheesy and are a little hard to use with bare wire. I prefer banana plugs, which work fine. The labels on the front panel selector buttons are very tiny and are difficult to read in low light. I'm older and have to put on my reading glasses to see them Don't waste your time with the dreck from BestBuy, latch on to one of these beauties, you won't be disappointed. BTW I'm an audiophile with a $20K sound system in the a dedicated listening room in the basement, I know what I'm hearing :-)

Works but be careful

Battery works as expected but be careful. The picture displayed is of two batteries but the offer is only for one. One doesn't see that until the very bottom of the post. My bad, I should have been more careful! :-(. Comparing to the price others are charging for two batteries, this one is expensive
