Nothing beats the real thing
1 of 1 found this helpful Old Remingtons don't die, and if you use OEM screens they still shave better than anything I've tried lately. Sadly OEM screens are rare as hen's teeth so when this popped up for a reasonable price I snagged it. Beware, there are counterfeit screens out there (not carded like the OEMs are, but loose) but they don't shave nearly as well. The same company selling the counterfeit screens also sells counterfeit cutters that also don't work nearly as well. The cutters are easy to tell, they have one less blade and are about half the size height-wise as the real deals.
I've kept my XLR shaver going since the early 1980's, use it daily. That ought to tell you something!

Nice kit lens

Really nice lock!
Note, this is a medium-sized lock, it's not as big as your typical Masterlock padlock for instance. It was fairly easy for me to rekey as a homeowner with minimal locksmith-type experience. It is well-made as expected of all ABUS products, solid brass and suprisingly heavy. When ordering one of these, make sure that it has the proper keyway if you are looking to key it to match your house key as I did. My gate was the last remaining lock on my property that was keyed different, now one key operates everything.
