After waiting 10 days, I reported that the purchased item had not arrived. It was at this stage of the transaction that the seller became very aggressive, stating in a message "Do what you need to do my friend and I hope it brings closure and happiness in your life". I find this communication style completely unprofessional and churlish and it is for this reason that I am leaving negative feedback - this seller is not deserving of anything else. Consistently met with aggression by this seller!

Sent parcel out promptly within 24 hours of payment. Parcel got rejected at RM sorting office & had to be manually processed. Explained to buyer, but their high expectations & refusal to offer any help their end led to them opening a dispute in 8 days, not 10! Threatened me with the negative feedback narrative & clearly mistakes aggression with sarcasm because they refused to wait 50 minutes to speak to someone @ RM & happy to blame me instead. Very inpatient & narcissistic individual. AVOID
