It's probably accurate
1 of 1 found this helpful Since I am not dead or in the hospital, I am guessing this thing measures what I take (in 50 miligram doses) with enough accuracy.
It's large enough to feel comfortable using and the little tray that you have to use weighs about a gram or so, so keep that in mind.
P.S.
Just don't breathe or fart next to it when weighing.

You get what you pay for
The sound quality is nowhere near what you'd get on any decent device, but that's not surprising, given the price of the item. If you can handle crappier quality music, go ahead and buy. Works otherwise.
