Love the print quality but beginners beware!
This printer is a good machine in terms of good print quality and the ability to print in duo colours is the best feature of this printer. The downside is that this printer is definitely not for the beginner, as it is not easy to work out the firmware, calibration of the machine, and the software. If you are to purchase it and you know nothing about 3D printing, you will definitely get caught out, unless you have someone who knows what they're doing to help you set it up. Not all the components are quality, but then again it is easy enough to upgrade certain parts, including a glass plate which doesn't come as standard. BL touch was a nightmare for us to try and work out because the firmware for the BL Touch is 'in BETA' mode and has errors as the homing position is set way too high up the z axis. This is fine if you know how program firmware. At the moment this is the only firmware available on their site that actually works for the A10M because of the monitor and motherboard upgrades which they gave these machines in the past year or so. I don't really appreciate this, as I can't use the BL Touch I bought for the machine until the firmware gets an upgrade, so it's still manual levelling at this point. So overall, I love the print quality, I have tried PLA, TPU and PetG and they printed out very well! I didn't think TPU could be printed so well for being bowden as direct drive is so much easier for this. The gradient is absolutely awesome, I love this feature the best and using their software for this makes it easy (once you understand how to use it). So a great machine for the intermediate, advance 3d printing user. Not for the beginner, that's for sure!
